Iron Cross 2nd class

Iron Cross 2nd Class (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse). The Iron Cross was reinstated by Adolf Hitler on September 1, 1939 (first established in 1813). It was awarded for meritorious service, usually in an individual action. The cross is three-piece, as is customary, and has an iron core. The cross is not visibly maker-marked. The cross is complete with its original ribbon. A beautiful original cross in good used condition!
