German WWII Czech VZ24 Bayonet & Frog, DOT, Waffenamt Proof

Original period manufacture. A very nice example of the Czech produced bayonet for the Wehrmacht during WWII. Nearly all of the original blue finish remains on the metal fittings, original finish wood grips with minor service wear. Waffenamt proofed eagle 63 on the pommel and frog stud, dot on the ricasso, and on the opposite side, the serial number 155 a. Finish wear to the scabbard, with a dent on the reverse side above the tip. Original Wehrmacht black leather frog, the pommel strap is torn. Clean bayonet.
