M42 army (Heer) enlisted overseas field cap by Clemens Wagner

Very rare and not often encountered M42 overseas cap. This model was only produced for one year (1942) and therefor these caps are quite hard to find, since many were converted with a bill later in the war to look like a M43. Complete with its national insignia period applied (T-shape) on the front of the cap. The tan colored lining show normal wear and shows the maker mark of Clemens Wagner.
