Original World War II U.S. Army Large Carlisle Model First Aid Dressing, manufactured by Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick / Chicago. Complete and still factory sealed, with clear cellophane wrap intact. The outer kraft carton shows only light storage wear and remains in very good condition.Marked 'Contract No. W603 – MD16099 – M59838', identifying it as genuine wartime production. These dressings were carried in the M1924 and later M1942 first aid pouches and issued to all branches of the U.S. Army throughout the war.The red-marked side indicator is printed on the reverse as intended. No post-war markings, no FSN/NSN numbers—fully correct for WW2.A very nice example of an untouched wartime Carlisle bandage, perfect for a medic display, infantry equipment set, or museum collection.Condition:Excellent, unopened, complete with original cellophane.Guaranteed 100% WWII original.
