Description

Khaki winter wool serge other ranks pattern four pocket tunic. Complete with all its oxidized AMF buttons, rising sun collar badges, shoulder titles and matching colour patches for 2/9th Cavalry Regemt ( Later 2/9th Cavalry Commando Regt). Dated 1941 and named on the inside label together with regimental number. This soldier being confirmed on the nominal roll as serving with the 9th Division Cavalry.The tunic is in excellent condion with an appealing sense of servcie wear and to a regiment with service in North Africa and the Pacific theaters.
