WWII Italian Army Medical Officer Bustina

The green wool Bustina cap bears an embroidered Lieutenant rank star on the upper left side as well as embroidered medical officer insignia on the front. The exterior of the cap shows surface soiling from field use. The interior silk lining has holes and soiling. The leather sweatband is detached but present. The manufacturer label remains inside of the cap. Overall good field used condition.
