WWII Fairbairn-Sykes Fighting Knife

The blade of the knife is dark, showing spots and mottling, but without nicks, chips or active rust. The ferrule area of the grip bears what appears to be the inspection mark of a number '10'. The surface of the guard bears several letter markings. The ribbed grip exhibits a dark and uncleaned patina. The brass fitting at the base of the leather sheath has lost most of its matte black finish. The sheath has wear and age, but it is complete and intact. Overall very good field used condition.
