Indian National Army (Azad Hind) Cap Badge

A very scarce Indian National Army (Azad Hind) bronzed cap badge circa 1942-45 with decorated border and an outline map of the Indian Sub-Continent in the centre, the whole surmounted by the initials INA with the motto ITEFAQ ETMAD KURPANI embossed on a scroll at the base of the badge.Locally die-stamped and in very good condition. Worn by members of the Anti-British movement led by Subhas Chandra Bose.
