No bar China 1900 & EVII RN LS&GC To- H.SHEPHERD.STO.1.CL.HMS.TERRIBLE (China)& H.W.SHEPHERD.CH.STO.HMS.NARCISSUS.Henry Williams enlisted under the alias of Henry William Shepherd in 1889 & was a resident of Gosport. He served onboard HMS Terrible during the 1900 Boxer rebellion & was awarded his LS&GC in 1904. He was discharged to a pension in 1911 but was recalled for service at home during WW1.F/VF with heavy contact marks to the obverse of both medals & minor contact wear to the rims.Complete with copy service papers.
