Description
Worn M40 pattern Police helmet in good condition. Both decals remain present for over 90% on both sides of the helmet. Swastika shield shows scratches. The top of the helmet shows a hole from demilitarisation. The liner is a genuine example, 1941 dated on the side. The condition of the leather is very good and it is complete with its genuine draw string and full length early chin strap with aluminum buckle. The liner has been out at one point in time, as the washers from the split pins are missing. The helmet is maker marked by SE, size 64. Lotnumber in the rear: 3084.. Still a good looking helmet with a few remarks, priced accordingly.
