Description
Genuine 'been-there' M16 pattern WW1 German steel helmet. Period camouflaged in three tone colors with a thick brush. Paint shows lots of wear and aging but still retains a nice look on the exterior. As with many WW1 helmets that, like this one, came from USA, the liner is gone because of the dry climate there. The original linerband remains attached and small pieces of the leather are still visible. Maker marked on the side ET66.
