British and U.S. Gas Detection Armband i.e. Brassard 4-1942 - Unissued Condition

British Made paper gas detection armband i.e. Brassard. Won on the sleeve and would change colour when in contact with gasses. The armand is makers marked dated 4-42. Used by both British and U.S. troops such as Airborne troops during D-Day and Operation Market Garden. In unissued condition.
