Description
Very nice high quality made visor cap with yellow piping for a Luftwaffe Pilot. Complete with its original early aluminum insignia up front. The exterior is beautiful and executed in blue wool. The cap retains its original saddle shape. Interior shows light wear. The sweat diamond shows the maker mark; Die Deutsche Qualitätmütze, Fabrik Marke G.A.H. 'G.A. Hoffmann, Berlin S.W. 29, Gneisenaustr. 33. Size marked 54.5 and dated 1938. Void of major damages. Unit marked to Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 25, Horst. Komp. A very desirable and attractive cap that would look beautiful in any collection!
