British 1827 Pattern Rifle Regiment Sword

All steel Gothic hilt with a Queen Victoria crown over a strung bugle in the cartouche instead of a royal cypher. Wire bound ray skin grip, with some wear near the pommel. The straight blade with much of its original nickel finish and acid etching 'VR' cypher. Manchester retailer mark. Comes with its all steel nickel scabbard. This with a significant 'door jam' crease to the lower section near the drag. This does not inhibit the blade from fitting nicely into the scabbard.
