The visor is named to Leutnant Bantleon, Gerhard from the 1st company of infantrie-regiment 59 – a unit that saw a lot of action in May 1940 in Belgium and France, with a name tag in the sweat diamond. The visor retains its original national insignia up front; a detailed aluminum eagle and a cocarde.
