Pad of the standard Warden's report form, A.R.P./M.1. Instructions for use of the form printed to the reverse card support. The 1939 printed forms include sections for air raid damage, type of bombs, casualties, uxbs etc. Overstamped to the reverse to provide for a supplementary report. Good, clean condition with approx.30 forms remaining.
