QSA 1899-1902 With Cape Colony clasp & EVII RN LS&GC To-C.DEAN.PTE.R.M.L.I.HMS.DORIS (QSA) & PO.13197.CHARLES.DEAN.PTE.R.M.L.I (LS&GC)Charles Dean was born in Bedfordshire 1873 & enlisted in to the R.M.L.I 6-4-1889, He served onboard HMS Doris during the Boer war & was one of 222 recipients of the Cape Colony clasp to this ship.
