2 X Socket Bayonet Candle Stick Conversions

What in my opinion is a fantastic set of candle sticks converted from two matching socket bayonets. Not sure what country they originated from but both have a series of number stamps, cannot find a maker or armoury stamps. Both have a hole drilled into the blade on the bend so they can be mounted, screwed, to a wall.DO NOT THINK I NEED PROOF OF AGE WITH THESE FOLKS.
