WWII German Kriegsmarine Foul Weather Leather Coat/Trousers-This foul weather set consists of grey leather coat and trousers. Starting with the coat, which has some minor discoloration and wear from use. There is some age cracking/crazing to the leather as seen in the pictures. There are a few very small holes at the end of the sleeves. Each of the armpits has a tear/separation. There is a five button closure with all of the grey finished, navy anchor buttons present and maker marked Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid. There are waist pockets and a single breast pocket on the wearers left side. The interior is fully lined in dark grey wool which has minor wear and discoloration from use. There is a single pocket inside, on the wearers right side. It looks like there was a tailor tag at the neck at some point. The coat is a size medium. The pants are a slightly lighter shade of grey leather. They have some minor wear and discoloration as well. There are hip pockets and a watch fob pocket. There is a three button fly with a metal hook at loop at the waist. There is a cinch strap at the back. All of the buttons for the suspenders are present (a few are replacements). The interior is fully lined in light grey cloth. There is a waterproof tag on the inside which has the maker info as well as the size (52) and date of production, listed as 5.XI.1941. The maker is Münchner Motor-Sport u. Wetterschutzkleidung Carl Zacherl, München 22. The waist is a 34 and the legs are 42' long. Very good condition!
