WWII German Model 1940 Wehrmacht Camouflage Helmet

WWII German Model 1940 Wehrmacht Camouflage Helmet-This has a thick textured camouflage finish of green and yellow (Normandy?) that remains 75% intact. The interior features a brown leather, size stamped 57 liner that is in very good condition, having just minor wear, discoloration and scuffing. There is a drawstring and a zinc liner band that is maker marked, dated 1943 and size stamped. The liner has been replaced at some point as the rivets are not camouflaged and the date is later as this was made some time in 1941 according to the lot number of 435. The side of the interior is stamped ET 62 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke of Thale in the size of 62. The chinstrap is included as it is a post war example. A good example overall!
