WWII German Luftwaffe Model 1940 Single Decal Helmet

WWII German Luftwaffe Model 1940 Single Decal Helmet-This example retains 90% of its original, rough texture blue grey finish. It looks great! The missing finish is mostly on the very top of the dome. The decal is in fantastic condition, remaining at least 95% intact. The interior features a brown leather, size 57 liner that has very minor wear and discoloration as well as some extremely minor scuffing. There is a frayed drawstring and a zinc liner band. The side of the interior is stamped SE 64 indicating production by Sachsische Emaillerwerke in the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number 1361 indicating production some time in 1941. There is a brown leather chinstrap that has minor wear only. An excellent example overall!
