US WW2 M1924 First Aid Pouch dated 1942

Pouch designed to hold a first aid packet and issued to every GI.This is the early-WW2 M1924 model which is smaller than the later models.Pouch comes with a 1942 dated small first aid dressing as shown.Pouch is clearly marked EA BROWN Manufacturing Company and made in 1942.Pouch is in near mint condition with one small rust stain on the flap but this does not detract!
