Third Reich Veterans Visor, Named-This is produced in a dark blue wool body that has minor tracking throughout but is super clean. The piping is also dark blue. The insignia consists of an enamel oval with the Kyffhauser monument that has some wear and a gilt finished wreath that is in fine condition . The center band has a facsimile of the Kyffhauser Monument alternating with swastikas. There is a black leather chinstrap that is faded and shows some wear. The visor is black vulkanfibre with minor adding and crazing. The underside is cream finished in black. The interior is fully lined in blue rayon. It is as new. There is a diamond shaped moisture shield which is fully intact. The paper inside has typed info that includes the owners name, Anton Mittmacht, and his town, Miltenberg. The moisture shield has a facsimile of the monument with 'Deutscher Reichskriegerbund Kyffhauser'. The sweatband is tan leather and in fine condition aside from a few tears. There is a large tag underneath the sweatband that says 'D.R.K.B. Kyffhauser'. The cap is a size 56. A very good example!
