A good original circa Second World War period fine quality 'W.V.S Civil Defence chromium plated badge' inlaid with red enamel, the reverse with scarce maker's details 'L.Simpson & Co London. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.Height approx 29mm.
