US WW2 M3 Trench Knife & M8 Scabbard with tan webbing

Both M3 and M8 are in excellent condtion.The M3 knife still had the Ordnance Bomb acceptance mark on the pommel but the maker mark on the blade has been ground off.According to Cole Book III, this was done when surplus M3 knives were sold in hardware stores as hunting or utility knives.It may have been purchased privately by a GI.The blade bears traces of the grinding but otherwise this knife remains in unissued condition.Knife comes with a mint early M8 scabbard with tan webbing and the factory leather tongue still attached.Although the maker markings are gone, this knife will display nicely and the lack of markings is actually a great conversation starter.SHIPPING IN MAINLAND EUROPE ONLY!
