Kriegsmarine eight place ribbon bar with both WW1 & WW2 medals maker marked

Very exceptional eight place ribbon bar in very good condition. Maker marked by Grabow & Matthes in Kiel, making me suggest that this bar was intented for a high ranking senior officer of the Kriegsmarine.
