Against all odds, he held off over 2,000 Russian attacks at Cholm for 107 days and was awarded the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves.Made of heavy card, this postcard is in EXCELLENT condition! Featuring a photographic image of Theodor Scherer, it is signed in ink at the bottom.
