US WW2 M1 Carbine Ammo Pouch 1943

Officially calledPocket, Magazine, Double, Web, For Carbine, Caliber .30, M-1, this ammo pouch was made by the TFS Company in 1943 and clearly so marked.These pouches were issued to GIs armed with the M1 or Paratrooper M1A1 Carbine and were carried on the belt or sometimes slid over the stock of the carbine. They held two 15-round magazines.Excellent condition although two small holes have been punched near the top on the back. These will not be visible once displayed.A very nice pouch which will display well!
