M40 Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet ET66

Light worn M40 Luftwaffe helmet in good condition. The Luftwaffe decal on the left shows minimal wear and scratches and remains present for over 95%. The exterior blue paint still looks bright and shows normal wear. Complete original liner, shows normal wear and small damages. Draw string and chin strap are present. The strap has been period shortened for more comfort, as often oberserved. Two split pins in the front are original but replaced. The rear one is still part of this helmet. Therefor the liner could have been changed at one point in time. Helmet liner band is dated 1940. Maker marked shell by E.T. size 66, lot number 1171. A honest and worn Luftwaffe combat helmet!
