Large Edwardian Bowie Knife.

A very nice Indian made Bowie knife with a just under 12 inch blade. The blade seems to have started its life blued losing most on the high spots, nice fuller running along the top. The cutting edge and tip has seen some period sharpening as expected from a used item, no makers stamps. The hilt has a good amount of finish remaining with the stag horn handle in very nice undamaged condition. The knife has a very nice balance and light in the hand. The cloth covered wooden scabbard is complete with its bottom decorated chape and as seen in the photos when first produced had a dark green finish to the material, now gone from use.NOT FOR SALE TO UNDER 18'S AND UK ONLY.
