Fitted with two wheels and a weight of around 59 pounds i.e. near 27kg. Although no visible makers marke these carts were only produced by a few manufactorers such as Best Metal Products, Inc., Long Island City, New York, Dayton Wheel Co, Dayton, Ohio, and the Jerald Sulky Co., Waterloo, Iowa. These carriers would have been used in both field hospitals as closer to the frontline within the European theatre of operations.
