Third Reich FAD Shoulder Board

A single board for a junior sergeant in the Freiwilliger Arbeitsdienst-FAD . This was a programme introduced in 1931 whereby young unemployed persons could meet in a labour camp for minimal reward as a forerunner to the RAD.Fine condition.
