Citation set of 'Leutnant' Rudolf Balser who served within Art.Rgt.90 of the 10.Pz.Div.1) 'Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1-10-1938' citation which has been signed by the commanding officer.2) EK I citation which has been signed by 'Generalmajor' and divisional commander Wolfgang Fischer (RK 29-5-1940,DKiG 22-4-1942,EL 9-12-1942) !!!Fischer was KIA on 5-2-1943 at the Mareth (Tunisia) stronghold.
