This example is an unused paper hang tag intended for uniform garments sold through Peek & Cloppenburg's Spezial-Abteilung für Uniformen (special department for uniforms).Peek & Cloppenburg was a major German menswear retailer with dedicated wartime uniform departments supplying military and political organizations during the Third Reich period.Made ofperiod paper stock and remains unused, showing light edge wear and age toning consistent with wartime storage. Printing remains clear and legible on both sides. The front of the tag lists the Berlin address Gertraudenstr. 26 u. 27, Berlin C.19 and features a period illustration of a uniformed serviceman.
