CE Juncker Knight's Cross RK Case

This is a consignment piece from a collector who had this C. E. Juncker knight's cross and case from Dietrich Maerz, with COA. Unfortunately, the COA went with the cross in a different direction, and the collector was left with the box, which is for sale here.
