Description
Straight from USA, a very nice untouched M1 helmet in good condition. The shell is complete with its chin strap and has a lot number stamped in the interior 225D (I deem!). The curved brim and oval seams are typical for the manufacturer of McCord. Liner is in worn condition and is maker marked by with the firm logo of Westinghouse. The liner is complete with the leather sweatband inside, all nicely maker marked. Leather chin strap is missing. Nice early- to mid war produced American helmet!
