Beautiful light worn M42 pattern army steel helmet. Single decal example with the correct pattern eagle by Huber Jordan u. Koerner (aka Thin winged decal) for this maker (NS). The decal rates well over 90% and still shows sharp details. The liner is original installed. All the split pins remain untouched. The leather still feels soft and supple and shows normal wear. The draw string and chin strap are both original and in good condition. Maker marked in the rear by NS, size 68. Lot number below 3093. Matches the database being a single decal example. A very nice and honest army helmet in a big size!
