Australian WWII Pattern 1907 Bayonet, SLAZ 42.

Original era manufacture. Standard pattern 07 bayonet but marked MA on the ricasso with a 7 42 date. Blue finished steel blade showing finish wear towards the tip.Dark wooden grips with some marring towards the pommel on each side, , both panels are SLAZ 42 marked. Maroon colored leather scabbard with three exposed rivets on its throat and MANGROVITE 44 stamped into the leather. Old cleaned surface corrosion on the pommel and scabbard fittings. Nice blade.
