Valentine's Day Sailor Pin

Vintage 1940s Valentine's Day novelty pin with a sailor. Wow! It's Valentine's Day! He has little X's for eyes and looks a bit either drunk or angry. Decent condition. There looks to be a repair on the back of his head by the hat. Some wear to the writing.
