German Right Prosthetic Arm 1937

German Right Prosthetic Arm. There were many disabled ex-servicemen on the streets after WW1 which led to the development of high qualitey prothestic arms and legs. Made of wood, metal and leather, the inside of the prosthetic arm is covered with fabric padding to make it more comfortable to wear. The prothestic arm is dated 1936/1937 on the various parts. Rarely seen prothestic arm which would be an interesting display piece in a medical collection or war museum showing the consequences of War!
