U.S. (Airborne)M-209-B Converter i.e. Mechanical Cipher Machine 1942 Dated & Carrying Case - Nice Used Condition

Carrying case intended to hold the U.S. (Airborne) M-209-B converter. The device was designed to encode and decode radio messages for use in frontline operations. Converters of this type were employed in Normandy amongst Airborne units. The bag is in nice used condition. Clearly marked M-209-B on the front, and fitted with original carrier strap. In nice used condition.
