Italian WWII Army Officers Motor Transport Visor Hat

Original period manufacture. German style with a hight front peak officers hat in Italian gray-green gaberdine wool. Nice quality gold wire hat device on the front of the hat, two gold brocade bands indicating the rank of Lieutenant. Sweat diamond on the interior of the hat with a Turin (Torino) makers name and logo. The hat shows normal age and wear but no damage, beyond a few pinpoint moth bites on the top of the hat.
