US WW2 M1 Carbine Ammo Pouch 1942

Officially called Pocket, Magazine, Double, Web, For Carbine, Caliber .30, M-1, this ammo pouch was made by Rubon in 1942 and is clearly so marked.These pouches were issued to GIs armed with the M1 or Paratrooper M1A1 Carbine and were carried on the belt or sometimes slid over the stock of the carbine. They held two 15-round magazines.A very nice pouch which will display well!
