A good original circa 1907 to 1950 period 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve QAIMNSR nickel badge', worn on the cap and also on the collar; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.GAUNT LONDON'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin.Height approx 26mm.
