Untouched and Uncleaned Kriegsmarine Officer Dagger with Etched Blade by E. & F. Horster

The blade of the dagger is generally clean, showing spots and surface grime, but without nicks, chips, or active rust, and making a nice appearance. The ricasso bears the manufacturer mark f the firm of E. & F. Horster. The white celluloid grip remains tightly wrapped in twisted brass wire, and it is without chips or cracks. The guard, the pommel, and the scabbard all show a dark and uncleaned patina. A darkly toned bullion portepee cord remains wrapped around the grip in a 'reefer' tie, with the knot missing from the end of the cord. Overall the dagger is in very good uncleaned and untouched condition.
