A scarce original 1912 period 'Union-Castle ship's wheel pin brooch', small fine quality light green enamel example, mounted with the company house flag to the centre; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1912 and maker's details 'M.E' (Michael Emanuel Southampton). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.Diameter approx 22mm.
