WWI U.S. Navy Aviator Green Bell Crown Officer Visor Cap

The body of the green wool visor cap is very clean, without holes, damage or repairs. The front of the cap displays a darkly toned silver bullion officer eagle. The surface of the black leather visor displays typical age crazing. The full interior leather sweat band is intact. The interior lining of the crown bears an indistinct stamp, presumably the maker or retailer name. Overall the cap is in excellent condition and it makes a very fine appearance.
