Named WWII U.S. Navy Submarine Service Technical Advisor Officer Visor Cap

The cap is a dark blue wool U.S. Navy officer regulation visor cap, with the front bearing a silver bullion American eagle with the center displaying a toned 'U.S. Technician' crest. The interior celluloid sweat shield contains the business card of 'T.R. Triplett' of the 'Submarine Signal Company' of Boston. The cap shows wear and use, but it is without damage or repairs and it makes a very good appearance. The interior leather sweatband is partially separated but intact.
