A.A. Mussert. During this period, the editorial office and administration were based in Doesburg (Meipoortstraat B. 14).The front page prominently features announcements of several 'Groote Openbare Vergaderingen' (Large Public Meetings), including in Ede (Concert Hall 'Buitenlust,' Stationsweg) with speaker De Bruin, in Doetinchem with speaker Overwijn, in Elst (O.-B.) with Dr. W.P.C. Bos (physician and council member in Winterswijk), and in Velp (G.) with Rev. Van Duyl. The paper also reports on meetings and activities in Arnhem, Zutphen, Enschede, and Doesburg, among other locations.Inside, the newspaper contains sections such as 'Kringnieuws' (District News – District 8 Arnhem, District 10 Enschede) and 'Groepsnieuws' (Group News), as well as articles on provincial elections, party activities, and organizational matters. Names mentioned in this issue include H.T. Roelofsen, J.C. Nachenius, and various local officials and propagandists. There are also numerous advertisements from regional businesses, including G. ter Meulen (Arnhem), W.J. Jansen (Arnhem), G.J. Polder (Arnhem), Chr. Kooy (Waleskooy) – Arnhem, H. Hubers (Arnhem), and J.E.W. van Eldik (Arnhem). The issue further advertises an NSB Calendar 1935 featuring an image of Mussert. This original newspaper issue provides a clear snapshot of the political and social developments in the Netherlands during the 1930s and documents the regional organization and propaganda activities of the NSB in Gelderland and Overijssel. A historical document and an interesting collector's item for enthusiasts of pre-war Dutch political history and militaria.Article number: 18150Originele 1934 Nederlands NSB lokale krant 'De Oranjepost' Gelderland en Overijssel
