Original example of 'D.N.S.A.P.s Maaneds-Breve', Bind IV, No. III, dated July 1939, issued by the headquarters of the Danmarks Nationalsocialistiske Arbejderparti (DNSAP).This Danish National Socialist party publication was edited by the party secretary and prominently features the party name and swastika symbol on the front cover. The main article is titled 'Frits Clausens Tale paa Førerthinget i Kolding den 18. Juni 1939', in which party leader Frits Clausen elaborates extensively on the organizational development of the movement, party discipline, national unity, and the ideological direction of the DNSAP in the years leading up to the war. The speech refers to earlier party gatherings and the Landstævne in Kolding, as well as broader national themes and Denmark's position within Europe. This issue also includes articles such as 'Hvad Quisling-Sagen afslørede', referring to the Norwegian politician Vidkun Quisling, and 'Vort Partiforlag', concerning the party publishing house and propaganda material. In the section 'Organisatoriske Meddelelser', numerous internal party matters are addressed, including personnel changes, organizational restructurings, and announcements regarding local branches and districts (sysler).Various locations are mentioned throughout this edition, including Kolding, Haderslev, Sønderjylland, Slagelse, Graasten, Ribe Herred, Hjørring, Aabenraa (Aabenraa/Aabenraa Syssel), and other Danish regions. The publication also refers to party activities in southern Jutland and organizational changes effective July 9 and July 21, 1939.Among the names mentioned—besides Frits Clausen—are Jes Asmussen (leader of the municipal political faction), Hans Jensen, Th. Larsen, and other party officials connected to the headquarters and regional leadership. Reference is also made to publications such as 'Jul i Norden' and advertisements in newspapers including 'Fædrelandet' and 'National-Socialisten.'The magazine further contains notices regarding party finances, subscription payments for the 'Maanedsbreve,' organizational guidelines for members, and propaganda and publishing activities. Altogether, it provides a clear insight into the internal structure, ideological positioning, and organizational expansion of the DNSAP in the summer of 1939, shortly before the outbreak of the Second World War.A characteristic and historical document from the Danish National Socialist movement, of interest to collectors of Scandinavian political history, interwar printed matter, and Second World War-related documentation.Article number: 18161
